I began my counselling practice and psychotherapy training after a career in social, gender and disability research.
My areas of particular therapeutic interest include: anxiety, depression, gender identity and sexuality, relationship issues, eating difficulties and body image issues. I work primarily in the area of ISTDP.
My work is also informed by Buddhist teachings and a regular meditation practice. This enables me to bring non-judgment, openness and warmth to my client sessions.
